residio Heights is an elegant neighborhood surrounded by the urban Richmond District and ritzy Pacific Heights. Most of the real estate in Presidio Heights consists of 2-level single family homes and includes the rarest of city traits: front, back and even side yards. The wide, flat streets are quiet and tree-lined, and make for an excellent environment for raising a family.
With California Pacific Medical Center next door (nicknamed “the baby factory”), it’s no wonder that Laurel Heights has become a draw for families with children. Nowhere is this truer than along the main shopping area, Laurel Village on California Street. It’s bustling every day of the week.

If you would like us to hold this property for you, you may also submit a $500 good faith deposit made out to McGuire Urban Bay Trust, which will be applied to your first month's rent if your application is accepted or returned to you if it is not.
