The merger of the Urban Bay Properties with Lofts Unlimited has spawned a company with a broad knowledge and understanding of the dynamic San Francisco and East Bay real estate markets. Our mission is to provide our clients with the highest levels of service and support and serve as the “premier” urban-style real estate specialist in the Bay Area. Urban Bay Properties’ presence in the broader market comes with the development and growth of our sales and our marketing infrastructure. In the past 12 months we have opened two new offices and doubled our sales force to include associates with a broad knowledge of neighborhoods, buildings, and property types. We have introduced new marketing and sales tools for our agents and sellers, including expanded sales data reports and a new website, UbayP.com (see page 3). The company has also grown by expanding its New Homes Division and launching its Luxury Living Division to place greater emphasis on the marketing and sale of exceptional Urban Homes. In this manner, we are better able to assist our clients, the urban buyers and sellers of real estate.
Despite the change in our company’s direction and focus, the dedicated sales associates in our Lofts Unlimited Division are still available to help you in the specialized world of loft real estate.
