Temescal is
a new up-and-coming neighborhood in Oakland. With many retail boutiques located along Telegraph Avenue
between 42nd Street and 51st Street, many consider it the new Rockridge.
Why? Not only have Temescal real
estate values increased, but new condominiums, homes and lofts are available
for sale.
