Jim left a successful career in the world of international travel to enter commercial real estate here in San Francisco. Like Alex, Jim loves the friendliness and one-on-one appeal of negotiating for small business owners.

He was born in Boston and grew up in San Diego, but has made San Francisco his home in every way. Aside from being a degenerate Red Sox fan, Jim has become a totally assimilated native. A connoisseur of the finest restaurants, he also has a Napa Valley wine collection second to none. But make no mistake—when it comes to getting you into the perfect small office space, Jim knows how to negotiate a deal for you that will make the landlord cry.
