Having worked in several different positions within various sales divisions of mortgage and financial institutions Ernie made the natural transition to Real Estate sales. Prior to joining Urban Bay Properties in 2007 Ernie was with Prudential California Realty based out of San Francisco and Oakland. During his time with Prudential he was a Top Producer in 2004, 2005, and 2006. Ernie specializes in residential real estate sales in San Francisco as well as the surrounding cities including Oakland, Berkeley, Emeryville, and Alameda. He has experience in probate sales, trustee sales, short sales, new construction, multi-unit, mixed use, TIC’s, and commercial properties. He has helped newcomers as well as veteran property owners through every step of the home buying and selling process. Ernie is a Bay Area native and also an active member of the San Francisco State Alumni Association. He currently serves as Director on his home owners association board of managers.
